    • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
    • During high-demand periods or sales, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

    2. Shipping Within Pakistan

    • We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, and M&P.
    • Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
    • Shipping charges may vary based on the order weight or delivery location and will be shown at checkout.

    3. International Shipping

    • We offer international shipping to selected countries.
    • Delivery time for international orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
    • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees applicable in their country.

    4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number.
    • You can track your shipment through the courier’s official website.

    5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses.

    6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

    • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    7. Order Changes & Cancellations

    • Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours.
    • After dispatch, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
